====================================================== IES 2015 - Innovation and Society (Innovazione e società) IES 2015 CONFERENCE is the biennial conference of the SIS research group, “Statistics for the services’ assessment”, and will be held in Bari in July, 8-9  2015.The attention of statisticians towards the instruments for the evaluation of services for the society has been widely increased during the past years. This phenomenon is mostly due to the request of both the productive system and the public institutions of techniques suitable for evaluating efficacy, efficiency and quality of services, respecting both the customer satisfaction and the impact of the evaluation on these services' innovation.The Conference aims these targets: providing approaches and statistical methodologies for the evaluation of services that are currently used in different contests of the society; participating to the discussion on the consequences of service innovation, by including different actors of economics and social policies. For this reason, the Conference is open to participation and discussion with researchers, experts and supervisors of the development policies dealing with the links between evaluation, innovation and society. IES 2015 is organised with the support of: Department of Economics and Mathematics (University of Bari, "Aldo Moro") and   Department of Economics (University of Foggia).PROCEEDINGSWill be printed a Book of Abstracts. The Proceedings, including all participant short papers, will be published online in the IES Working Papers Series (with ISSN) and will include both oral and poster papers, in the same format.
