Abstract


In this paper, we point our attention on the multidimensional concept of social exclusion in the enlarged European Union. Using latent class analysis, we aim at identifying the different domains of human life that may be associated to the perception of social exclusion of individuals, underlying how these various components changes depending on both individual characteristics and the context of residence.
